How to develop science skills?

Scientific competence consists of knowing the fundamental scientific concepts, principles and methods related to business/economics. Skills include the ability to use and handle scientific instruments as well as data to achieve an objective or to formulate a decision or conclusion based on evidence. Students should also be able to recognize the essential aspects of scientific inquiry and be able to communicate afferent conclusions and reasoning. This competency includes an aptitude for critical appraisal, particularly of scientific and technological progress as it relates to the individual, the family, the community, and issues of global dimensions.
