Your study plan: how to submit or modify it

Your career at the university is described in your study plan: it must be submitted each year, within the deadline, if your course has courses to be chosen alternatively or it can be changed if you want to change some previously indicated courses.
You must be duly enrolled for the current academic year in order to complete the study plan and to modify it.
The curriculum should be periodically checked under“online student secretariat” from the page Online Services, to check that it is correct and up-to-date. Check the deadlines HERE.
After the deadline has passed, you may submit or modify your study plan late, but always within the peremptory deadline defined by the University. In case of late submission, you will be charged a late fee.
How to make teaching choices and fill out the study plan?
From Online Services select “career plan” and follow the wizard: after the final confirmation, always check that the study plan appears to be correctly uploaded in the online booklet, otherwise contact by email thestudent careers office. If the procedure is not active or you cannot complete it, consult the rules for your course of study. If your study plan has no choices, it will be entered ex officio.
How to change the curriculum?
If you want to change your curriculum, first check on your online booklet that the current year’s curriculum has been uploaded, then print from Online Services, under “certificates and curriculum change,” the change form, indicate the changes and sign it.
Verify on Educational Offerings (from the Utilities menu) the code and cfu (credits) of the courses to be included. Send the variation form, in PDF format, to the email address of the Careers Office (formerly the Student Secretary’s Office) economia.studenti@amm.units.it from your institutional mailbox and by the deadline. Indicate in the item: “curriculum variation form“.
